A Minas Gerais native and Tsinghua University graduate, Lui Costa opened a studio in São Paulo in late 2018, dedicated to high-end residential architecture. The work spans country houses in farm estates and urban apartments, with the same attention to the essential.

Here, a project does not start from a ready-made form. It starts from the land, the climate, the people and the time they will spend in that space. Architecture happens in that encounter.
